Privacy policy

Updated: 3 September 2026

Kosher Traveling respects your privacy. This page explains what information the site collects, why, how long it is kept, and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible

The site is operated by Kosher Traveling. Any privacy matter can be raised through the form at the bottom of this page, or at the email address shown there.

What we do not do

There are no external analytics services on this site, no social network pixels, and no tracking cookies. The counting we do is our own, on our own server, and it is anonymous — we know a page was viewed, not who viewed it. We do not sell your information, rent it, or pass it to a third party for marketing.

What is collected

The only personal information stored is what you give us yourself: an email address or phone number in a request to open a group for a destination, and the contact details in a data request. Both are deleted once the request is handled, or after the retention period set in the admin settings.

Beyond that we keep operational counts: how many views each page had and in which language, what was searched on the site and how many results came back, and how many clicks partner links received. The full list of what is stored, why and for how long appears on the cookie policy page and is built from the system itself — so it is always current.

Cookies

The site uses strictly necessary cookies to work: remembering your sign-in, your language, and your own privacy choice. Measurement or partner cookies run only according to the choice you made in the privacy bar, and you can change it at any moment through the "Privacy" button.

Maps and embedded content

Maps on the site load from an external service. So that you are not exposed to it without knowing, a map does not load until you ask for it, or until you allow embedded content in your preferences.

Affiliate links

Some links on the site are affiliate links, and if you book through them we may receive a commission. It does not change your price and does not affect what the site shows. Click counting is anonymous and does not identify you.

Security

Information is stored on our servers. Access is limited to authorized people, and every action in the admin area requires signing in.

Your rights

You may review the information stored about you, ask to correct an inaccurate detail, ask to delete it, and object to its use. Use the form at the bottom of this page and we will come back to you within 30 days. You are not obliged to give us any information, and not giving it does not prevent you from using the site.

Children

The site is not aimed at children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

When this policy is updated, its version number rises and the previous text is kept. If the change is material, we will ask you about your privacy choice again.

Note

This document describes what the site actually does. A lawyer should review it before launch.
